Do you have a "set-up" charge?

Generally Dataman Device Programming does not charge for setting up however for very small jobs a minimum charge applies.

Do you have a minimum order quantity or charge?

The minimum order charge is £40.00. This is the "per job" charge which is our charge for processing a quantity of parts at one time.

What methods of payment do you accept?


You may pay by credit or debit card. Alternatively we accept UK payments via cheque and BACS and international payments via Telegraphic Transfer (Sterling, Euro and Dollar).

Do you offer credit facilities?

If you are a UK registered company, you may apply for a business credit account. In order for us to extend 30 day credit terms, please complete the form below and return it to us by fax on +44 (0)1300 321012 or by email to sales@dataman.com:

What ink colours do you offer for ink marking programmed devices?

Our skilled team can offer a number of colours including Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Orange, Silver, Violet, White and Yellow.

What is your policy on samples?

We firmly believe that comprehensive testing of a sample programmed device is the best possible method to identify any misunderstanding by either customer or supplier. For this reason, Dataman Device Programming are pleased to program sample devices (maximum 5) entirely free of charge to UK customers. Overseas customers may be asked to pay carriage costs only.
